Chair Person
This member effectively leads and manages the board of directors, focusing on strategic oversight and governance. Main duties of the chairperson is To provide leadership. To ensure the Management Committee functions properly. To ensure the organisation is managed effectively. To provide support and supervision to the chief officer and senior team. To represent the organisation as its figurehead. Calling the meeting to order. Determining if a quorum is present. Announcing the items on the "order of business", or agenda, as they come up. Recognition of members to have the floor. Enforcing the rules of the group. Putting questions (motions) to a vote, which is the usual way of resolving disagreements following discussion of the issues. Adjourning the meeting.
Vice Chair Person
The vice-chair provides additional board leadership and assumes the role of board chair when the chair is absent. To Chair the Annual General Meeting in the absence of the Chair. To act as Chair when requested to do so by the Chair. To respond and assist with tasks requested by the Chair or other members of the committee.
Secretary
The Secretary supports the Chair in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Management Committee. Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted. Liaising with the Chair to plan meetings – Receiving agenda items from committee members – Circulating agendas and reports – Taking minutes (unless there is a minutes secretary) – Circulating approved minutes – Checking that agreed actions are carried out

Project Manager - Laingville Office
The member is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, from initiation to completion, ensuring it aligns with the organization's mission and goals. Mrs Irene Barends is also the founder of this Organization and therefor the reason for her passion and enthusiasm.
Co-ordinator Laingville
The Professional Nurse responsibilities often include providing direct patient care, managing medications, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Includes assessing patients, performing physical exams, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses, and providing wound care.
Administrative Clerk
Handles general office tasks, providing support to ensure smooth daily operations. She is also processing mail, emails, and other forms of communication. Mrs Cloete also handles Laingville and Velddrif offices bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks. She also assist the community in creating and typing of CV (Curriculum Vitae) for job seeking members.
Project Manager - Velddrif
The member is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, from initiation to completion, ensuring it aligns with the organization's mission and goals. She also ensure that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Co-ordinator Velddrif
